About Kim

Kim was introduced to Chinese medicine when she needed practical solutions for her own health challenges. Her firsthand experience of healing through acupuncture and herbal medicine inspired her to commit to a lifelong study of its ancient wisdom for modern health concerns.

Kim appreciates that maintaining good health involves effort and care, and creates a safe space for patients to explore the root causes of their health concerns. She loves to see how patients can thrive when they are treated as a whole person.

Treatment Approach 

An attentive listener, Kim meets you where you are, working with you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals. She has a particular interest in women’s health at all ages and stages (menstruation to menopause), digestive ailments and pain conditions. With an appreciation of the mind-body interconnection, she enjoys helping people through life’s transitions and supporting those experiencing stress and burnout.

She has completed additional training in the Fertile Life method to support folks on their fertility journey and loves helping with post-natal renourishment.

Kim is a down-to-earth practitioner whose tailored treatment plans include acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping and bodywork. Additional training in gentle Japanese acupuncture guides her treatment sessions. Kim applies therapeutic techniques to suit your condition, combining them with lifestyle recommendations to empower and support you towards improved health, wellbeing and vitality.
