About Vivian

Vivian is a warm and compassionate Chinese medicine practitioner who is dedicated to helping her patients feel supported, heard and empowered in their health journey. With a lifelong exposure to Chinese medicine, she developed an early appreciation for its holistic philosophy and its ability to create meaningful, lasting change.

This foundation inspired her to pursue formal training in Chinese medicine, where she deepened her passion for understanding the root causes of imbalance and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Vivian believes that effective treatment begins with truly listening and creating a space where patients feel safe and understood. She finds great fulfilment in helping her patients reconnect with their bodies, improve their wellbeing, and feel more confident in their health.

Treatment Approach

Vivian’s treatment approach is patient-centred, holistic, and highly individualised. She takes the time to thoroughly understand each patient’s unique presentation, recognising that no two people experience health in the same way.

Her treatments may incorporate a combination of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, and lifestyle and dietary guidance, depending on the needs of the individual. Vivian focuses on addressing the root cause of imbalance rather than simply managing symptoms, supporting both immediate relief and long-term health outcomes.

With a gentle and attentive style, Vivian works closely with her patients to support them throughout their health journey. She values collaboration and open communication, ensuring each person feels involved, understood, and supported every step of the way.
